BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Advance Reservations
We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to guarantee your spot. We do reserve a limited number of walk-in spots for each session, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at info@brightblackcandles.com.
Punctuality
Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure the best experience for all participants.
Age Requirements
Participants must be 6+ years old. Children ages 6-17 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Each person creating a scent product must have their own ticket.
Product Pickup
Your finished candles will be ready for pickup 4-6 business days after your workshop. Body fragrances are ready right after creating them.
Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. We can't guarantee spots without a reservation, so booking ahead is always recommended.

PRIVATE GROUP POLICY
Minimum Group Size: 7 participants
Advance Notice: Private group bookings require 10 days advance notice.
Cancellations:
7+ days before: Full refund
Within one week: No refund; reschedule credit only (one-time use, 60-day expiration)
Private groups enjoy customized scheduling.
